As a new team member, your day is structured in three key segments. From 9:30 to 11:00, we focus on learning and refining essential skills. The second part of the day is dedicated to events, where you can apply the skills learned in the morning in real-world scenarios. From 6:00 to 6:30, we return to the office to review the day's activities, gather key insights, and implement improvements for the following day.
